Where Work Gets Made
Two rehearsal rooms, an 80-seat studio stage, and classes for every age — the Lumen Studio is the engine room of the theatre.
The space
An 80-Seat Room With No Fourth Wall
The studio stage hosts our new commissions, late-night cabarets and the annual new-writing festival. Configured in the round or end-on, it puts performers and audience in the same breath.
Upstairs, two sprung-floor rehearsal rooms serve the company by day and the community by night — ballet, stage combat, choir and youth theatre all rehearse here.
